Some ways to keep our class accountable for the things we feel are important is by being aware that nothing can be accomplished without all of us working together. For example, the all aboard activity. Without everyone committing to follow, communicate, and help each other nothing would have been accomplished.
Through communication, supporting classmates, and everyones participation, we can surely bring everyone together to make this an accountable class. -Yvonne Kang
I think we just have to make sure to communicate with each other, no matter what the situation. Through positive motivation and support we should be able to keep each other all accountable for the things we mention in our contract. -Michelle Erickson
We have to trust that our classmates will make the right decision and be fully committed to follow the contract, which shouldnt be too hard since we all created this contract together.
I think we need to help each other and motivate each other to follow the contract. When necessary, we can even remind others through positive words or actions.
Respect will be a key part in keeping everyone accountable. Everyone also has to be sensitive and make sure they aren't hurting ones feeling by what they say. I think if everyone goes along with the contract and follows through with what we agreed to, this can happen.
To get the whole class accountable, I think we just need to get everyone involved with all activities including communicating with everyones names and just giving our enthusiasm into the projects. -Maggie Lundholm
I think a lot of accountability is personal motivation but when one has to work in a team it requires motivation and respect from the team. If one person isn't holding themselves accountable the task rests on the shoulders of the team. Howeverm if that one person doesn't feel respected, they're not going to be accountable at all. Really, it requires motivation and respect from both sides
We can keep everyone in the class accountable by keeping motivated. By being respectful and by communicating well, the class should be able to be accountable for what is important.
We can keep everyone in class accountable for the things we feel are important by being respectful and motivating them to share their opinions. If we all follow the contract that we created, then it should be easier for everyone to feel included.
The class made everyone accountable for their own actions by creating the class contract. The class contract is fair because everyone had the chance to voice their opinion about it. By following the contract, everyone will be accountable for their own actions.
In order to get everyone accountable on what we all agreed would be important for our class is by making sure everyone understands the importance and accepts these terms. To make sure we stick to them we must communicate with eachother and remind eachother of them when we come across a problem caused by failing to do one of the important concepts like trusting eachother, communicating with eachother, ect.
To make everyone accountable is too sit down and think what is important for and to our class. Only that way we will know what we want to get out of the class as a whole. Then, we can work on that together!
The most important thing is that everyone knows what we feel is important. The harder part is getting everybody to agree on what we all think is important. This can be done by communicating with others and motivating them to be accountable for what we believe is important.
Today we were talking in class, and it was brought up that this class can all help us to become better people. If we unify as a class, rather than being split up into our own individual cliques, I think we all could feel that we can rely on eachother, and if we can do that, we can trust everyone around us to make eachother accountable of what we individually feel is important. -Kelsey Clay
I think we need to tell someone when we think they could improve on something, but make sure that we say it respectfully and peacefully. And we also need to have times where we can sit down and think about how we could improve as a whole.
I believe that we need to motivate ourselves because if we don't push or weight there will be a lot of issues. Also, some respect towards each other will go far. :) Everything to keep you safe and having fun!
We need to set the example ourselves that follow our contract. If someone isn't following the contract, we should try to remind them respectfully or find a way to get them interested in the activities.
We need to follow through with the contract ourselves before we keep each other accountable. Also, if others aren't being responsible, we can remind them of the values we listed in our contract.
We need to motivate eachother to follow through with our contract. The rest is trusting that individual to act on it.
