Full Value Contract Process

Give us your thoughts about how the process worked or did not work for creating our contract.

  1. I think the process for creating our contract worked well because each individual had the opportunity to voice their own opinion on what they think is important. Compressing different words into specific categories also worked well. It kept the contract organized and easy to remember.

  2. I agree, it worked well. Everyone's ideas were compressed into the core couple to make it simple for everyone, while involving everyone's ideas. Plus, the smaller groups were able to brainstorm every idea into a few because everyone worked well together.

  3. i thought it worked well because it gave everyone a chance to give their own opionion. Some of them gave more ideas to others and they learned something new. i think the contract made everything neat and organzied.

  4. The contract was a success. I believe that it was a good idea for our class to break up in to groups to talk about what characteristics we valued. Within groups we all got to share and what we shared was talked upon with the class, which I think was a good idea; it is usually easier to talk in small groups rather than large-whole class groups. I think the small groups sparked a lot of ideas since (it seemed) more people felt comfortable sharing ideas in small groups. Also, I thought it was a good idea that the class brainstormed their ideas before making the contract, which made it easier for everyone to get an idea of what they were looking for in the contract.Over all, I think the process for the Full Value Contract was very effective!

  5. I thought that the process worked well because we all were able to put in our ideas that we thought were important. Also, we were able to get many various ideas because of having to write our own last week. We were able to compare and see what was important similarly to others ideas and base our contract off of that.

  6. I thought the process worked well, but I think that there could have been a better way to get everyone involved, it was easy to space out and not know what was happening. For me personally, it was fun getting involved and being able to put our my two cents in. It was very interesting to see our table's answers and how they differed and resembled the other tables and what they put down.

  7. I think it worked out really well because everyone was able to contribute in some way. Also, we got to see the similarities and differences in every groups lists, which was cool because there were alot that i didnt think of before.

  8. I think it worked out well because we were all able to express what we felt was important to our class. Working in smaller groups was a good idea too because it allowed us to see what ideas we came up with as individuals and it was cool to see what ideas were the same and which ones were different.

I thought it worked out great because everyone had a chance to say what they felt was a good idea or suggestion. Or had a chance to show off what they had to make it better for the group. It was also fun because i actually got to talk to people that i woundn't normally talk to.

  10. I think the contract worked well. Everyone shared most of the same ideas, like respect, communication, and trust. Categorizing our ideas and going over them makes them easier to remember. And everyone being able to contribute was interesting to see the different ideas.

  11. I think the contract creation process was pretty successful. We all got to add the traits we though were important because we all had to write them down. After that point, it took a lot of group contribution, so some people took the lead but others didn't. So the people who contributed the most got the most benefit out of it but we didn't get the input the people that didn't. So for the most part, everyones thought were heard, just maybe not tho the fullest extent.

  12. The process for creating our contract went pretty well. Everybody got a chance to share what they thought should be in the contract. We also got to compare our ideas to everyone else's ideas to find what we had in common and what was different. Even though some group's ideas were pretty general and others were more specific, we all managed to work out a solution in the end.

  13. I would say that the process went pretty good overall. I think that breaking us into groups was a good idea because we got to all add something to the list.It was also cool to talk with people that you normally don't talk to

  14. The process for making the contract worked well. Everyone had an oppurtunity to share their opinions. Also, having groups work on specific ideas in the contract worked well because then the contract was more detailed. The only thing that I could think of that didn't work well was it was easy for a person to space out or not contribute to the group.

  15. I think the process worked well because the class was divided into smaller groups, so it made idea-sharing much more easier. Then the small groups came up with their own ideas and we communicated together to paint the bigger picture. So overall, everyone had something to say during the process.

  16. I think it worked out well because we gathered opinions from everyone in the class and that gave us some new/different views of the "full value contract", which led into new thoughts of the contract. Besides, we also did the discussion in class and that helped us to deepen the understanding of each point mentioned in the contract.

  18. I think the fact that everyone can come together as a group and share their own opinions and everything. But I think the only thing that was tough was to draw a picture of trust. but overall the whole process was successful.

  19. I think the contract was a success because it incorporated all of our ideas and made us think about what would truly make our class great. It was a team effort and that's what the class is all about.

  20. I liked how we did it because we got to put together what every person had thought of and used the ones we most commonly agreed on. Our team is based on teamwork and we all got to put together our class contract.

  22. (Sorry for the delay)
I believe that it worked well because many other people had a time to share their different opinions about different things. Everyone has a voice! :)

  23. Ah, sorry I forgot about this one!!

I think the process went pretty well, especially when we were in the small groups. It was interesting to see how similar or different everybody's opinions were, and then trying to come to an agreement about which ones were the most important to us as a group. Overall, I'd say it was a success.
