ReplyDelete2. As many situps as my body will let me. Maybe 50 or so in a minute but I don't want to strain myself.
3. 30 pushups in 30 seconds hopefully.
4. 1 Pullup (LOL I have no upper arm strength.) or at least 15 seconds on the bar hang.
5. It keeps me in shape and keeps my head up high. Great stress reliever.
6. Success means to me that you can achieve what you have never achieved before. Accomplish the unaccomplished. And but your best into it can lead to your own great power.
